Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Konstantinos Thelouras built the Mobile Brain Games Premium app as a commercial application. This SERVICE is provided by Konstantinos Thelouras and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible within the Mobile Brain Games Premium application unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to purchase history and device identifiers. The information that I request will be retained on your device or by the third-party services mentioned below.
The application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. This collection is essential for processing transactions (such as unlocking analytics via a one-time purchase), managing premium entitlements, and monitoring the health of the application.
Below are links to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the application:
- Google Analytics (for Firebase)
- RevenueCat (for in-app purchase management)
In-App Purchases and Subscription Management (RevenueCat)
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases (IAP), subscriptions, and to track the status of paid entitlements (e.g., verifying if you have made the one-time purchase to unlock advanced analytics).
When you make a purchase within Mobile Brain Games Premium, RevenueCat collects certain data to process and validate that transaction. This data includes:
- Transaction identifiers (provided by Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Receipt validation information.
- Anonymous device identifiers (to link purchases to your specific instance of the app).
- Purchase history within the application.
RevenueCat does not collect your credit card information or direct personally identifiable information like name or email, as that is handled securely by the respective App Store (Google Play or Apple). The data collected by RevenueCat is used strictly to ensure you have access to the features you paid for and for us to analyze conversion and purchase data to improve our offering.
Data Analytics
We utilize Google Analytics to understand app usage, monitor app health, and track conversion events, such as when a user successfully completes the one-time purchase to unlock analytics or premium features. This helps us optimize the user experience and the business model of the application.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in the case of an error in the app, I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
What Data Is Collected: When a crash or error occurs, the following technical information may be collected and sent to Sentry:
- Error messages and stack traces related to the crash or exception.
- Information about the app’s state and usage immediately before the error.
- Date and time of the error.
- Device information, including operating system and version, app version, and device model.
- Device status such as battery level, charging state, memory usage, connection type (Wi-Fi/mobile data), storage space, preferred language, device orientation, screen resolution, and time zone.
- An identifier to group errors from the same device.
- IP address at the time the connection is established (if collected, but Sentry allows configuration to avoid storing IP addresses).
We do not intentionally collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or user-generated content in crash reports. Any accidental transmission of personal information is subject to data scrubbing and is not used for any other purpose.
This data is used exclusively for diagnosing and fixing technical issues, monitoring app performance, and improving user experience. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or tracking individual users.
Crash and error data is processed by Sentry, which acts as our data processor. Sentry complies with applicable data protection regulations and provides data processing agreements and privacy safeguards.
