Konstantinos Thelouras (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) built the Mobile Brain Games Premium app (the “Service”) as a commercial, freemium application for Android and iOS. This page informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when anyone decides to use the Service, and sets out the terms that govern your use of the Service.

What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or location. No advertising SDKs (AdMob, Facebook, etc.) are included, and we never request camera, microphone, contacts, or health data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide & improve the Service – store game progress, sync it to the cloud, and restore it on new devices.
  • Enable pro features – verify your one‑time purchase status via RevenueCat.
  • Analytics & performance monitoring – aggregate usage data (no personal identifiers) to guide feature development.
  • Error reporting – optional crash logs help us resolve bugs.

All data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the third‑party services listed below.

  • The Service uses a freemium model. Five games are free; nine additional games become permanently available after a single, lifetime purchase (“Mobile Brain Games Premium Pro”).
  • The purchase is managed through RevenueCat as a one‑time entitlement, not a subscription.
  • When you make the purchase, RevenueCat records the transaction identifier and receipt, validates it with the corresponding store (Google Play or Apple App Store), and grants you the “Mobile Brain Games Premium Pro” entitlement forever.
  • No recurring billing, auto‑renewal, or future charges occur.

5. Permissions

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group. If you become aware that a child under 13 has inadvertently provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version in the app and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Mobile Brain Games Premium, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & Authentication

The Service does not require a personal account. An anonymous Firebase UID is created automatically to sync your progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this UID; however, it does not reveal personal identity.

3. License

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable limited license to install and use the Service on any compatible device solely for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. One‑Time Purchase & Payment

  • Free tier – Access to five core games and limited daily play.
  • Pro tier – Access to nine additional games, unlimited replays, and advanced analytics after a single lifetime purchase.
  • Pricing – Visible in the paywall UI; may change with prior notice in the store listing.
  • Purchase flow – Handled by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) through RevenueCat as a one‑time entitlement.
  • No recurring charges – Once the purchase is completed, the pro features remain unlocked forever.
  • Refunds – Managed exclusively by Google Play or Apple. If you seek a refund, you must request it through the respective store; we have no ability to issue refunds directly.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or third‑party rights.
  • Submit false information or attempt to fraudulently obtain the pro entitlement.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g., hacking, exploiting bugs).

Violation may result in immediate termination of your access, without refund.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, any locally stored data remains on your device, but cloud‑synced data will become inaccessible.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as‑is” and “as‑available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or functionality.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
